八年级英语试卷分析（一）
20**——20**学年第一学期八年级英语期末试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，能够紧扣“三维目标”注重知识的形成与技能的培养，通过形式多样的题型，对学生在词汇的掌握，语法的运用，阅读的理解，写作能力的高低，等方面进行考察，能够客观准确地评价教师与学生的状况。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：
一、试卷题型情况
可从三个方面评价：
1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。
2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。
3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。
二、试卷结构分析
本套试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。
1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。
2、单项选择：难度适中且知识覆盖面大，出错较多的有21，27，29，33，35小题。其中35小题中的how soon为生词组，而该词组是能否作对本题的关键。
3、完形填空和阅读理解：难度适中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。
4、句型转换和词语运用：此题是各大题中得分最低的一个题，主要原因是学生对句子结构掌握不好，一些固定词组记不清。
5、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是最难的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，两极分化最为严重。
三、学生分析
存在问题：
1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但大多数学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较杂碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。
2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。
3、差等生在班级中所占比例太大，并且他们对英语知识的掌握也极为肤浅。
四、具体改进措施
1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。
2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

一． 分析教学内容,确定教学目标 本课是unit11的第一课时。其主目标是能用 “could you please do things?” “could i please do things?”谈论如何委婉地提出请求或征求别人的许可, 及回答语“sure / certainly / i’m glad to .”能礼貌地拒绝,“sorry, i / you can’t,. i / you have to do…”并表达自己的理由, 陈述自己的好恶。以do housework 和调查做力能所及的事为话题，学会运用“could you please do things?”“could i please do things?”是本课的语言目标。 本课的学习内容(target language)有：学习名词trash, clothes, floor, cleaning, , living room, washing. 情态动词can could.. 动词fold, cook, need to, sweep, take out, use, wash, give并且复习运用情态动词have to. 区别make与do在短语中的用法. 通过本课的学习，教师适时对学生进行爱的教育，使他们能理解父母，帮助分担家务，学会与他人沟通，这亦是素质教育的“以人为本”的目标体现。 【重要词组】 do the dishes, sweep the floor, take out the trash. fold your clothes, clean the living room, do chores, have to do sth, like to do (doing) sth, make dinner, make your bed 重要句型及语法如下: could you please clean your room? yes, sure. could you please do the dishes? sorry, i can’t. i have to do my homework. could i please go to the movies? yes, you can. could i please use the computer? no, you can’t. y

转眼间，又到了该放寒假的时候了，一学期的教学工作即将结束了，回顾这个学期的美术教学工作，基本上是比较顺利地完成任务。当然在工作中我享受到收获喜悦，也在工作中发现一些存在的问题。我所享有的收获我会用于下个学期的工作中，我所碰到的问题我要认真思考想办法解决。今在此作一番总结，以便择优汰劣，取长补短以待来年的教学水平更上层楼。
学期初，我明确了学期工作的目标和任务，结合学校工作的现状和特点，按照《初中美术新课程标准》的要求，本期新课开始之前即已制定了周密详尽的教学计划。教学中认真遵照新课程标准的要求，认真贯彻党的教育方针，坚持思想教育和技能教育，大力推广素质教育，按时按质地完成了本期的教育教学工作。
按照学校管理规定，认真备好课，写好教案，努力上好每一节课。美术科学校安排的课时比较少（一周每班一节）这对于学生来讲的很重要的一节课；对老师来讲是比较难上的一节课。所以上好每节课对老师对学生都是很关键的。除了备好课、写好教案外，我还要查阅各种资料，能上因特网时还上网寻找好的教学材料，教学课件，把它们和我所从事的工作结合起来，为我所用。
利用学科特点，和自身条件，组织部分学生参加美术兴趣小组。加强了课后辅导工作，培养了一批艺术带头人。通过他们的示范作用，带动了其他学生学习艺术的兴趣，提高了学生的课堂热情。训练过程严格按照循序渐进的训练原则，做到精讲多练，处处体现教师的指导和学生的主体作用，同时在课中对他们进行思想规律的教育，培养了他们的意志品质，锻炼了他们的性格特征，做到抓素质训练，促进全面发展，突出了一技之长。
本人一直兢兢业业，敬岗爱岗，把满腔热情倾注在三尺讲台上，扎扎实实地做好本行工作。在美术课教学中有的放矢，有重点有难点，注意美术课内容的调整，教学中注意体现民族特点，充分发扬我国民族、民间优秀的艺术传统，增强学生的民族自豪感。美术教学中体现时代精神，适应社会发展的趋势。充分利用当地的美术资源，丰富美术教学的内容。美术教学中注意适合学生的心理和生理特点，注意循序渐进和趣味性。贯彻理论联系实际的原则，教学内容的选择注意到联系学生生活的实际。通过美术教学，培养学生对美术的兴趣与爱好；学习美术的基础知识和基本技能，培养学生健康的审美情趣、初步的审美能力和良好的品德情操；提高学生的观察能力，想象能力、形象思维能力和创造能力。
