八年级英语工作计划【篇1】

一、指导思想

全面贯彻党的教育方针，以九年制义务教育教材、《新课程标准》及新教材英语教学大纲为指导，狠抓素质教育，抓英语教学的五个环节，促进英语教学质量的提高，努力提高学生英语学习技能和技巧，尽力提高学生的英语成绩，以适应中考，加强学生的口语能力表达和习作训练。培养学生听说、读写能力，获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力，形成良好积极的学习习惯。

二、教材分析

本书共有十二个教学单元，每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为a和b两部分。a部分是基本的语言内容，b部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有selfcheck部分，学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。在本书主要安排了一般将来时，过去进行时，句子的成分，情态动词，现在完成时及宾语从句等语法内容，增加了复习单元文化背景知识和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇输入。

三、学生现状分析

初二(7、8)班，整体成较好，但学生成绩层次相差大，因此主要以培优转差为主，抓基础教育，培养兴趣，调动学习积极性，以提高整体成绩，减少低分率;同时，以巩固基本知识点，着重培养学生的阅读能力，综合运用能力和口头及写作能力。

四、工作目标及要求：

强化英语学科整体知识的综合、运用和应试水平。提高学生在交际活动中运用语言的能力。努力让学生掌握学习英语的方法，逐步培养学生的英语自学能力，充分发挥学生的主观能动性。

听：能基本上听懂生词。语速为每分种90至100单词。正确率为70%。

说：能运用《日常交际用语简表》中的表达法进行简单的交谈且语音语调正确。

读：能独立阅读所学语言知识范围内的材料，速度40-50单词/分。正确率为85%。

写：能在所学词汇，语法和句型的范围内造简单的句子，能仿照学过的题材和所学的范文及老师讨论后的话题写出60-100字的作文。

五、教学要求：

1、课前预习，找出问题所在。

2、课后复习，精熟所学内容。

3、制定作业务必确实如期完成。

4、上课专心听讲，乐于参与活动。

20**——20**学年第一学期八年级英语期末试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，能够紧扣“三维目标”注重知识的形成与技能的培养，通过形式多样的题型，对学生在词汇的掌握，语法的运用，阅读的理解，写作能力的高低，等方面进行考察，能够客观准确地评价教师与学生的状况。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：

一、试卷题型情况

可从三个方面评价：

1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。

2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。

3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。

二、试卷结构分析

本套试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。

1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。

2、单项选择：难度适中且知识覆盖面大，出错较多的有21，27，29，33，35小题。其中35小题中的how soon为生词组，而该词组是能否作对本题的关键。

5、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是最难的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但大多数学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较杂碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

3、差等生在班级中所占比例太大，并且他们对英语知识的掌握也极为肤浅。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。
