本学期，我担负八年级(1)班 和(4)两个班的英语教授教化，依据本学期教授教化支配及学生的实际，目前教授教化工作已停止，现就本学期教授教化如下:

一、学生的基础状况

七年级的时候两个班的学生英语学习风俗都还可以，四班比一班学习英语的兴趣浓一些，每次的2d部分我会让同学上台表演，有许多同学争先恐后的举手介入。但本学期两个班有几个学生呈现不学趋势，二班两级分解开始严重，分外是四班，然则两个班学习英语气氛照样不错的，但随着八年级英语知识难度的增加，有一部分学生很想学好，然则造诣一下来总是考不高分，八一班这一点对照明显。

二、采取的步伐

1、教授教化历程中，注意抓老例教授教化，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教授教化，注意培养学生的听说读写的才能，充分应用早读光阴，要求学生早自习大声朗读单词和短语。

2、抓词汇和句型学习，常常进行听写训练，进步学生对记忆单词和句型的才能。

(1)词汇：每学一单元单词和短语，我都邑进行听写，要求每天背5个单词。每单元停止后，我就对学生进行单词检测并会对学生进行小组评比，以均匀分为准，评出优胜组。

(2)句型：对付句型的学习，我每次部署作业都让学生用当天所学的单词或短语进行造句，演习学生对词汇运用的才能和写的才能。

3、分条理抓学生的课文背诵，使学生形成流利的语感。从开学初就开始狠抓英语课文背诵，a等生脱稿背，b等生看译文流利背，c等生熟读，几乎每单元的a部分2d对话和b部分2b短文都要求学生背诵，而且是要求全员过关的。各构成员都必须到组长那背诵，组长到课代表那背诵，课代表到我这背诵，我对每次过关的课文都进行抽查检测，如发明背诵欠好、应付先生的学生给予处分。对付背诵实在有艰苦的学生，我允许他们只选择课文的一部分进行背诵，哪怕几句话也好。

4、每堂课要用必然的光阴让学生用所学过的日常用语和讲堂用语进行不合的形式进行对话。有时候也结合班班通的ppt实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。

5、每月通过月考，勉励提高最大的学生，处分倒退的学生。

6、八年级是学生学习英语对照痛苦的一年，分外是完形填空和阅读理解，许多同学发明八年级的完形填空和阅读理解相比七年级的难了许多。于是我买了一本八年级完形填空和阅读理解的专项演习册本，应用午休的10到15分钟进行检测。检测完事后小组之间进行批改，找寻差错的原因。
