警世短文

作为一名监狱人民警察，笔者已经在监狱从事教育改造工作多年。多年来，笔者接触因贪污腐败而走进监狱的职务犯不少。深挖其犯罪根源不难发现：绝大多数职务犯都是受三种错误思想影响而走上贪腐路的。现将三种错误思想一一呈现，以警示世人。 “有功论”思想 不少职务犯，少年苦苦求学考上理想大学，大学毕业后勤奋工作，在自身不断努力和组织的培养下走上领导岗位，当上领导之后也是为官一任，造福一方，为人民群众办了许多好事、实事，得到了人民群众的拥护和爱戴，可以说政绩显赫，是功臣。但在做出一点成绩之后，总认为拿单位一点公款，收他人一点钱物，是对自己付出的应有回报，和自己为人民群众做出的贡献相比是微乎其微的。在这种思想的影响下走上贪腐路。 “诱惑论”思想 部分职务犯，把自己走上贪腐路看成是改革开放所致，花花世界使然，外来文化影响。他们歪曲地认为，社会主义市场经济是金钱社会，有了大把的金钱，就能拥有名车、高档别墅，甚至谋取更高的官位。靠正常收入是满足不了上述欲望的，“有权不用过期作废”，只有通过非法手段聚财，才能满足社会风气诱惑的那些欲望。这种“诱惑论”掩盖了自身的主观恶性，混淆了内因和外因的关系。 “被迫论”思想 在腐败窝案中，有的职务犯认为，别的领导都拿了、收了，自己不得不拿、不收，如果不拿、不收，就会被认为影响班子“团结”，自己走上贪腐路是迫不得已。这种“被迫论”，是党性原则不强，置党纪国法于不顾的表现，这类人早将“出淤泥而不染”的廉洁自律要求抛于脑后。 总之，常言道：树有根，病有因。思想是行动的先导。不少腐败案例表明，不少党员干部之所以走上贪腐路，就是因为受到错误思想的影响。每位党员干部只有不断净化自身思想，常想贪腐之害，常怀廉洁之心，才能做到廉洁自律，勤政为民。
