中药药物性能简单记忆口诀(炮制方法)

炮制方法：炮制方法分三类，火制水制或煮蒸。

(一)火制法

1.煅制

药置皿中间接煅，或置火内直烧红，

矿物贝壳坚硬物，煅后易煎变性能，

龙牡本性能沉降，煅后收敛作用重。

2.炮制

药物和砂锅内炒，四面焦黄爆烈成，

山甲鳞片煎无味，砂炮诛形药性猛。

3.煨制

药裹湿纸或面糊，灰火温度适度煨，

纸或面糊焦黑休，肉果煨后毒臭催。

4.炒制

药置锅内多拌炒，目的不同温度校，

栀子枳壳拌炒后，苦寒性味大减少。

增加温度炒成炭，地榆炒炭止血妙。

也有密闭煅灰法，棕炭血余太轻飘。

5. 炙制

炙炒方法无差剧，炙制需要加辅料，

蜜炙调拌微炒黄，温中补益炙甘草;

蜜炙款冬润肺用，蜜炙黄芪补气好。

盐炒熟地能养肾，醋炙玄胡敛肝疗。

当归蜜炙能养血，酒炙当归活血高。

(二)水制法

1. 漂制

水浸药物去杂质，水漂怪味可去却，

苁蓉腥咸难进口，漂后煎服不难吃。

2.洗制

水酒醋盐浸坚物，质地软化易制切，

槟榔浸后易切片，半夏被洗毒性劫，

酒洗大黄醋玄胡，增加功效更受益。

知母黄柏均入肾，盐洗引药作用杰。

养阴多用鳖血浸，醋浸收敛效更捷。

3.水飞制

滑石朱砂均矿石，加水研磨飞作药，

半浮半沉凉干用，有利吸收减刺激。

(三)水火合制

地黄首乌蒸熟用，补血作用效更验，

草乌煮后毒性减，大黄蒸用药性缓。
