活动准备： 1. english cards:　head　ear　eye　nose　mouth 各一张。 2.挂图两幅: 缺鼻子少眼睛的动物头像（小猫、小兔）各一幅。（ear、eye、nose、mouth是活动的） 3.没有ear、eye、nose、mouth的熊猫图片若干（跟幼儿人数相等）

1、正常人五官的课件;五官残缺病人的课件。

2、三张大的面孔及其五官的卡片;大镜子一面。

活动建议：

1、通过游戏摸摸头，摸摸脸，引导幼儿说出自己五官的名称及位置。

2、操作演示课件：正常人的脸，使幼儿主动说出五官的位置与名称。

3、到医院看五官科的病人(演示课件)，讨论、了解五官的作用，使幼儿懂得不但要尊重残疾人还要关心、帮助他们。

4、通过各种方式感知不同事物进一步体验五官的作用。

5、讨论：如何保护五官。

6、请幼儿为大面孔粘贴上五官。

在活动实施的过程中，孩子们的积极性很高，发言也非常踊跃，但由于小班孩子知识面较窄，经验较少，经常会重复同一个问题，听到别人说什么就跟着说什么的现象较多。[：.]如在讨论五官的作用时，这个说：眼睛能看人、看电视，那个也跟这这么说，只有在老师的提醒下才会说出还能看书、看路、看到各种东西;谈到鼻子，除了说能闻香味就是说能闻臭味------当讨论到如何保护五官时，孩子们回答很好，有的说：不用脏手揉眼;有的说不用手挖鼻孔、抠耳朵;还有的说不把手、脏东西放到嘴里。在贴五官的时候，三张面孔出现了不同的表情，引起了孩子们的兴趣，由此生成了第二个活动《表情》。

过程与方法:

一、启发谈话,引出五官小朋友们好!今天老师和大家一起来认识我们的头部。(教案出自：教案网)请小朋友们认真的看一看老师的头部和小伙伴的头部有什么相同的地方?(一张脸,一个鼻子,两只耳朵,一张嘴巴,两只眼睛)

二、游戏找五官

1. 按教师的指令做相应的动作眨眨你们的小眼睛,指指你们的小鼻子,张张你们的小嘴巴,摸摸你们的小耳朵。

2. 贴五官老师在小黑板上用粉笔画一张脸,请小朋友将眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴、耳朵的图片贴在脸部合适的位置。

三、说说五官的作用

1. 我们的嘴巴有什么用?(说话、吃东西)

2. 我们的鼻子有什么用?(呼吸、闻气味)

3. 我们的眼睛有什么用?(看东西)

4. 我们的耳朵有什么用?(听声音)

四、看图说话老师拿出准备好的相同的人物头像2幅,请小朋友观看,并把其中的一幅贴在小黑板上,!..教案网!然后把另一张图片的脸染成黑色,再把图片贴在小黑板上,两张图片对比,让小朋友说说哪张图像好看?为什么?

师总结:同样的一张脸,如果弄脏了就不好看,所以请小朋友们要爱护自己的五官,同时也要注意不能弄脏别人的五官。

五、保护五官五官很重要,我们必须要保护它。怎样保护它们呢?

不要把脏东西放到嘴巴里,不用手指挖鼻子,不揉眼睛,不掏耳朵,不把小东西放在口、鼻、眼、耳中。

三、活动流程：

(一)开始部分：

1、师生问好。

(二)基本部分：

1、教师出示女孩头像图片请幼儿观察，漂亮的女孩子头上都有些什么。教师引导幼儿说出五官的名称，并请幼儿指出它们的位置和数量。(教师总结每个正常的人都会有两只眼睛，两只耳朵，一个嘴巴一个鼻子并告诉幼儿它们有一个共同的名字叫做五官)。

2、感官游戏：教师分别出示五官图片，让幼儿说出它们的名称。

(1)出示眼睛，问幼儿：这是什么?有什么作用呢?让幼儿回答。教师请小朋友闭上眼睛，问她：能不能看到其他小朋友。如果我们的眼睛受伤了可能就会看不见啊，那我们该怎么保护我们的眼睛呢?(不能用手揉眼睛，眼睛会红的，不能用东西戳眼睛，眼睛会瞎的，不能坐太近的位置看电视，也不能长时间的看电视。)

(2)教师出示香水或者出示一些可以闻得到的东西让幼儿闻一闻,并问他们是用哪里来闻的,再出示鼻子，问幼儿：有什么作用呢?让幼儿回答。（教案出自：）我们知道了鼻子的作用该怎么保护它呢?(不能乱挖鼻子，不要把东西往鼻子里面塞，这样会很危险也不讲卫生。有鼻涕的时候要用纸巾或者手帕擦鼻子。)

(3)出示一段幼儿较熟悉的歌曲，问幼儿这首歌曲听过吗?你是用那里听到的?在幼儿说出耳朵的同时出示耳朵的图片，我们的耳朵可以听到不同的声音所以我们该怎么保护它呢?(小朋友不能自己掏耳朵，掏耳朵的时候必须让大人帮忙。也不能把小东西放进我们的耳朵里，不要听太多很尖锐的声音，那样会伤害到我们的耳朵。
