学校开班会的时间一般都是固定的，我们学校班会就是在每周一下午进行。时间是固定的，如果形式也是固定的，再好的内容也会产生审美疲劳，班会效果大打折扣，所以班主任尽量让班会开展得丰富多彩。

根据寄宿制的特点，我们班是采取以宿舍为单位的管理模式。就这种管理形式我开展了这样一些效果不错的班会：

1、《多才多艺展青春》。这个班会是为了展示学生们的才艺，丰富孩子们的生活。现在的家庭里，那个孩子不有一点本事，或音乐的，或体育的，或美术的，等等，所以召开一个施展才艺的班会是很容易的。我们还是以宿舍为单位，每个宿舍有一个主题，形式自定，歌舞青春，孩子们非常开心，也多了一些自信，也更让其他同学了解自己了，增进了学生之间的沟通。与此同时，孩子们在准备的过程中也增进了孩子们之间的配合，提高了协作能力。三次班会，九个宿舍，吹拉弹唱，说演比拼，欢声笑语，掌声不断。很多细节令人永生难忘。有的孩子很内向，很少和同学说话，但拿起吉他的他是那样的潇洒，会心的微笑真是可爱；有的孩子不合群，在集体的排练中渐渐的被感动，幸福的走进集体的行列。这一切都是孩子们应该拥有的，为何拒绝五彩的生活呢？

2、《想唱就唱》。自古以来，歌声就是人们消遣娱乐，鉴赏品味，甚至派遣苦闷的最好方式，每个人都很喜欢唱歌，虽然歌曲具有时代性，但每个时代都不乏精品，感染着每一个人。虽然每一个人的唱歌天赋不同，但这些都未曾阻挡住人们对唱歌的喜爱。我们的学生们更是如此，戴上耳机，摇头晃脑，深情投入，那才是生活。所以我就召开了一次演唱会。孩子们用歌声唱出自己的生活，也唱出自己的理想，也唱出对彼此的鼓励。当一个学生唱完周杰伦的《蜗牛》后，深情的对同学们说：“我们一起加油，虽然我们现在不是辉煌的，但我们要像蜗牛一样，慢慢往上爬，总有一天会有属于我们的天空。”话音未落，掌声雷动，每一个人都在歌声中得到了精神力量。

3、《祝我们生日快乐》。生日本来是一件令人开心的事，但是现代的孩子过得越来越复杂，怎么过，送什么礼物，似乎成为一种负担，不仅仅是对自己，还有别人。每个班五十多个学生，平均每周都有人过生日，若是每一个生日都给学生没带来以上的负担，那么岂不是罪过。所以我就开展一次班级的生日会，用幸运抽奖的方式抽取出一个同学的生日，就在这个同学生日的这一周班会召开班级生日会，统一过生日，共同祝福。孩子们共同吃蛋糕的开心场景一直萦绕在我的脑海里，虽然有一次被学校刘

3 治保部：维持现场秩序

4 其他部门到场观摩，配合工作人员。

（三）活动流程：

预赛：（无评分制，由评委控制选手去留）

注：专业组预留5——10人，非专业组预留10——15人（人数机动选择）
