Threeyearsago,thestruggleofgoodagaitevilwascompreedintoasinglemorning.Intheaceofonly102minutes,ourcountrylostmorecitizethanwerelostintheattackonpearlHarbor.Timehaspaed,butthememoriesdonotfade.Weremembertheimagesoffire,andthefinalcallsoflove,andthecourageofrescuerswhosawdeathanddidnotflee.
Werememberthecrueltyofenemieswhomurderedtheiocent,andrejoicedinoursuffering.Werememberthemanygoodlivesthatendedtoosoon--whichnoonehadtherighttotake.

TheterroristattacksonSeptemberthe11thwereaturningpointforournation.Wesawthegoalsofadeterminedenemy:toexpandthescaleoftheirmurder,andforceAmericatoretreatfromtheworld.Andournationacceptedamiion:Wewilldefeatthisenemy.
TheUnitedStatesofAmericaisdeterminedtoguardourhomelandagaitfutureattacks.AstheSeptemberthe11thCommiionconcluded,ourcountryissaferthanwewerethreeyearsago,butwearenotyetsafe.
Soeveryday,manythousandsofdedicatedmenandwomenareonduty--asairmarshals,airportscreeners,cargoiectors,borderpatrolofficers,andfirstreonders.Atthesametime,AmericaservingintheFBIandCIAareperformingtheirdailyworkwithprofeionalism,whilewereformthoseagenciestoseethedangersaroundthenextcorner.Ourcountryisgratefultoallourfellowcitizewhowatchfortheenemy,andawerthealarms,andguardAmericabytheirvigilance.

ostayontheoffeive,andtopursuetheterroristswherevertheytrain,orsleep,orattempttosetdownroots.WehaveconductedthiscampaignfromthemountaiofAfghanistan,totheheartoftheMiddleEast,tothehornofAfrica,totheislandsofthephiliines,tohiddencellswithinourowncountry.Morethanthree-quartersofalQaeda?ˉskeymembersandaociateshavebeendetainedorkilled.WeknowthatthereisstilladangertoAmerica.Sowewillnotrelentuntiltheterroristswhoplotmurderagaitourpeoplearefoundanddealtwith.
TheUnitedStatesisalsodeterminedtoadvancedemocracyinthebroaderMiddleEast,becausefreedomwillbringthepeaceandsecurityweallwant.Whenthepeoplesofthatregionaregivennewhopeandlivesofdignity,theywillletgoofoldhatredsandresentments,andtheterroristswillfindfewerrecruits.Andasgovernmentsofthatregionjoininthefightagaitterroriteadofharboringterrorists,Americaandtheworldwillbemoresecure.OurpresentworkinIraqandAfghanistanisdifficult.Itisalsohistoricandeential.Byourcommitmentandsacrificetoday,wewillhelptraformtheMiddleEast,andincreasethesafetyofourchildrenandgrandchildren.

Butthefactisthatrightnow,we’renotdoingeverythingwecantohelpAmericarealizethisdream.Threeyearsago,GeorgeW.Bushputinplaceabanonfederalfundingforstemcellresearch–abanthat’stiedthehandsofourscientistsandshutdownsomeofourmostpromisingworkoninalcordinjuries,Alzheimer’s,Diabetes,parkion’sandotherlife-threateningdiseases.
Today,aroximately100millionAmericasufferfromillneesthatmayonedaybetreatedorcuredwithstem-celltherapy.Stemcellsmayholdthekeytotreatingheartdiseaseandcancer.Theymayhavethepowertoslowtheloofagrandmother’smemory,calmthehandofanunclewithparkion’s,orsaveachildfromalifetimeofdailyiulinshots.
Byrestrictingstemcellresearch,presidentBushhasturnedhisbackonthishope.He’smadethewrongchoicetosacrificescienceforextremeright-wingideology.Andrightnow,thereissuchpoibilityfortreatmentsthatcouldtraformourlives–butbecauseofthestemcellban,theyarestillbeyondourreach.

Theseactsofmamurderwereintendedtofrightenournationintochaosandretreat.Buttheyhavefailed.Ourcountryisstrong.Agreatpeoplehasbeenmovedtodefendagreatnation.
Terroristattackscanshakethefoundatioofourbiggestbuildings,buttheycaottouchthefoundationofAmerica.Theseactsshattersteel,buttheycaotdentthesteelofAmericanresolve.

关于学校不良现象的广播讲话稿

各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
晚上好。根据今天学校行政办公会安排，利用今晚班会十几分钟时间，通过广播与同学们传达学校的相关规定，请大家保持安静，认真听会！
第一件事，就是学校禁止在校外带饭买饭。建校十年来，我们一直在肃清校门买卖环境，对于在校门口卖饭、小吃都予以驱离，因为不雅观不卫生不环保，最主要的是不安全。夏季来临，食物腐烂变质快，门口这些小商小贩，属于“三无”经营，更没有卫生经营许可证，没准摊主有个乙肝、肺结核之类的，都能直接传染到你，殃及家人，遗恨终生。
一旦食物中毒，因为食物来源不明，无从追踪和赔偿。我们有食堂，所有从业人员都经过县疾控中心体检，持健康证、卫生许可证上岗，从源头上保证了禁止传染病的传播。今后学校加大治理力度，并抽出专人，对从门口买饭学生，要给予处理，扣除班级积分。
第二件事，是发型服饰仪容仪表的规范管理。这一项工作从年级组到班主任，都要常抓不懈，从严从实抓起。仪容仪表也是一种文化，比如说头发，男生要求前不遮眉后不扫领，不留长发怪发；女生不留披肩发，不染发。服装上，统一穿校服，禁穿奇装异服，女生不穿超短裙、打底裤、吊带装。大家知道，我们是一所平民学校，在永和高中六比六不比中有明确要求，炫耀是很平俗的表现。
各年级组将加大检查力度，这项工作做没做好，力度在于班主任，要望门问切，令行禁止。禁而不止，是学生观念不够。穿奇装异服、留长发怪发披肩发，表面上是审美观问题，本质上是纪律观念问题。对学校的纪律要求置若罔闻，理应处理；学校是教书育人、立志成才的地方，不是比美炫富卖萌显摆恶搞玩颠覆的地方，在全校纪律要求面前，从来都要恭敬不如从命；在国家教育部颁布执行的《中学生日常行为规范》面前，人人都要遵守；在北大清华的召唤和命运抉择面前，我们毫无退路。
学生学生，学习第一。永和永和，永远和谐。希望每一个同学都自查自纠，做好自我批评。一屋不扫何以扫天下，一发不理，何以考清华？有些同学一“发”不可收拾，玩深沉装屌丝，吃苦学习之心少，社会不良习气多，三年浑浑噩噩，会后悔莫及。我们此刻环视一下，扪心自问一下，我们不能都做到为中华之崛起而读书，至少要做到，人的一生应该这样度过，当他回首往事的时候，不会因为虚度年华而悔恨，也不会因为碌碌无为而羞愧；
第三件事，也是今天的重点，是寝室问题。学校反复强调，下晚自习，快回快洗快睡觉，不吵不玩不熬夜。只有这样，我们的体力才够第二天支配，人的体力毕竟是有限的。10:20准时锁门，早上5:50开灯，这是学校的作息时间表。有的同学抱怨，关灯太早，建校以来都是这样，所以要抓紧时间；对有些学生，即使11点熄灯，他也不一定洗好。熄灯是一种催促，熄灯后要上床休息，不准再洗漱，不准再来回走动，静候宿管员和班主任核对人数，严查严处露宿。
其二，我要说熄灯后不能使用照明设备，对于熄灯后继续照明，惹人不爽的，当场没收，或追查收缴，永不归还。其三是防盗，贵重物品不要放在寝室，要随身携带，丢失责任自负。其四是返回寝室必须有班主任的亲笔签字批条，学校不允许学生在寝室养病，有安全隐患。原则上休息日不批准留宿，特殊情况获准留宿，必须九点之前返寝，九点寝室准点锁门，过时不候。
其五，我谈没收手机。许多同学是手机控，玩手机到深夜，叙话到很久。今后对于熄灯后玩手机不睡觉的，一律没收，贴上标签，学期末归还，有家长到校领回，签订协议书。对于寝室叙话的，不给三明，目的在于让大家一荣俱荣，一损俱损，严格自律。明代学者胡居仁有一句对联：苟有恒何须三更睡五更起，最无益莫过一日曝十日寒。寝室强调，好好休息，天天向上。
其六，强调要服从管理，尊重生活老师。我们的生活老师，像我们的父母一样，说是管理者，其实是服务者。我们一层楼二百多个学生，相当于四个班，比班主任担子重。学校规定，对于学生违纪必须上报。虽然尽量压低报的数量，但是有些同学为了避免处罚，责怪生活老师。有些同学出口成“脏”，目中无人，今后凡是不服从管理的学生，不仅要扣班级积分，还要扣除个人素质积分。退一万步讲，成才先成人。家有家规，国有国法，校有校纪，为了集体环境，敬请谅解。
最后，我要特别强调，寝室节约用水问题。我先说一个小。去年云南大旱，禾苗枯萎，粮食绝收。出现了这样一种现象，当地人嫁女儿，不收礼金，收水，水做嫁妆，亲戚谁送的水多，就等于谁的礼金就高，大家在水窖前举行婚礼。我们的现状是：“五。一”节后，学生用水量激增，由于洗漱时间较长，人为浪费用水的情况严重，滞留洗漱时间长，加上学生不能自觉提前预留水源，在10:05—10:15用水高峰，楼顶蓄水池用罄，水泵就像人的心脏，负荷有限，自控换泵供水系统启动，这中间会造成间歇供水，此时高层出现五分钟左右的停水。近两晚上，10:15左右，除静心楼外，456层均出现停水，学生没办法只能到楼下取水。
这里有很大的安全隐患：高层无水，学生去楼下端水，楼道楼梯水洒遍地，学生容易摔倒，造成骨折、脑出血等严重安全事故，甚至危及生命。其次是噪音污染：部分学生时间观念和纪律观念不强，熄灯后洗漱，水声、回声很大，无视别人休息环境，出入开关门、楼道穿行噪音很大，影响大家休息。
七千人同时用水，水泵苦不堪言；人人白白浪费一盆水，足够水泵抽上半小时。许多学生，大开水龙头洗澡，飞流直下三千尺，居心何忍；停水骂娘，良心何在？为了避免人为浪费，占位耗水，学校特作出纪律要求，请大家自觉遵守，严格执行《永和高中寝室用水六不准》：1，不准接水直接往身上泼；2，下晚自习不准洗头发；3，下晚自习不准洗衣服；4，洗澡人多时不准扎堆、霸水，自觉端水到寝室阳台洗漱；5，人人有盆，每天中午或课外活动时间提前接水备水，下自习不准逗留，抓紧洗漱；6，端水注意脚下安全，不准奔跑，预防摔伤。这六不准已经发到各班、各寝室，请大家和《永和高中寝室管理八项禁令》一样，牢记于心。
今后，凡是发现违反“六不准”的同学，发现一例，批评教育一例，记录上报年级组，第二天寝楼前公示，当天所在寝室不评“三明寝室”。所有典型学生必须当场叫到值班室写反省材料，并背诵《八项禁令》和《节约用水六不准》，背不及格再背，直到牢记在心，落实在行动上。教训也是一种教育手段，没有惩戒的教育就是没有爱的教育，就是不负责任的教育。
同学们，节约用水，人人有责，珍惜水源，从我做起；人人只用一盆水，人人省出一盆水，则水流源源不断，绝对不会出现停水。水若有情水亦“恼”，寝室用水要节约。节约是一种素养，是一种文明，是一种公益，更是一种互助。
为了别人用上水，自己务必要节水；为了自己用上水，自己带头少用水；与其归咎别人耗水，不如从我开始节水；高楼层同学如果提前接水备水，何苦再舍近求远？！
同学们，少一点抱怨，多一点理解。少一些浪费，多一些担当。少一份放纵，多一份节制。少一点损耗，多一点帮扶。停水不可怕，可怕的是我们的自私、漠视和浪费。让我们积极行动起来，不仅自己决不浪费，提前备水，还要劝勉别人一起节约。当我们人人自觉，改变陋习，则水流常在，源源不断。
总结我今天讲话的两个要点，就是：1，好好休息，天天向上；2，节约用水，皆大欢“洗”！
同学们，有一句话叫做“母校，就是允许自己一天骂八遍，却决不允许别人骂一遍的地方”，希望你们在永和，勤奋拼搏，金榜题名；希望你们珍视集体荣誉，绝不给班级抹黑，要严于律己，宽以待人，遵规守纪，谦虚谨慎，做一个对社会有用的人。
同学们，所有的法律法规、纪律条文，都是对事不对人，对于遵守者就是指路明灯，对于违反者就是高压线，就是紧箍咒。著名教育家陶行知曾说“没有爱就没有教育”，他还说“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你的讥笑声里有爱迪生。”冰心老人曾说：“爱在左，同情在右，走在生命的两旁，随时播种，随时开花，将这一径长途，点缀的香花弥漫，使穿枝拂叶的行人，踏着荆棘不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不是悲凉。” 学校是教书育人的地方，是讲道理、传播道理的地方。
过了中段就是期末，让我们一心一意抓备考，考出优异成绩向含辛茹苦的父母交差；对高三学生而言，收获季节，丰收在望，决不能让懒惰腐蚀了我们的粮仓。最后，我就用这幅挂在学校主楼的励志条幅勉励大家：喝永和水，吃永和饭，三年磨就倚天长剑，养兵千日早已无悔；思母校恩，报母校情，六月笑傲金榜题名，梦圆今朝一定有我。
