im studying in a city famous for its the public. i gree international students. as this international student. for instance, he told me that universities like oxford and cambridge e walls but tear down those that impede chinas development.
let me give you an example.
a year ago, when i was working on a term paper, i needed a book on business law and found a copy in the law school library. however, the librarian turned down my request with a cold shoulder, saying, you cant borrow this book, you are not a student here. in the end, i had to spend 200 yuan buying a copy; meanwhile, the copy in law school was gathering dust on the shelf.

大家下午好！
我是来自……的刘佳颖，今天，我为大家演讲的题目是《大学生？太学生？犬学生》。
大家听了这个题目一定有些疑惑吧。接下来我就为大家解解惑。其实这三个词就差那么“一点”。问题的关键是这一点加在哪里。
大学生涯中，如果我们通过努力把这一点加在“大”字下面，那么，我们大学生就变成了太学生。什么是太学生呢？中华字典中这样解释，太学生是汉代全国最高教育机构的学生。而我所说的太学生，就是那些热爱祖国，热爱家乡，孝顺父母的人。
反之，如果我们一不小心把一点加在“大”字上面，那么，很不幸大学生就变成了“犬”学生，而所谓犬学生，顾名思义，肯定对某种事务很忠实，在这儿索性就指那些消极的事吧，比如对网络游戏的忠实，赌博的忠实等，他们努力想成为游戏高手或赌神。这样的话就可以赢得“警犬”的光荣称号，殊不知警犬再厉害也没有人的意识啊。当然不会是我们在座的各位，因为我们都是有思想的人，不是吗？我这个比喻可能不是十分恰当，但我讲的这部分人确确实实是存在的，他们没有信仰，没有梦想，浑浑噩噩就混过了美好的大学时光。
四年下来，我们是读大学还是玩大学，是浑浑噩噩作一个犬学生，还是立志并努力成为一个太学生，是生存还是毁灭，这是值得思考的问题！
“天才在于积累，聪明在于勤奋”，但是我们不能忽视选择和规划的重要性。作为大学生我们应该做好自己的人生规划，否则再美好的梦想也只能是水中月镜中花，注定会化为泡影。
可我们的梦想如何才能实现呢？“梦想一旦被付诸行动，就会变得神圣。”
我们师大12届的师兄师姐吕琦、陈蕊等同学，就为我们做了好榜样。他们，不是富二代，不是官二代，仅仅是一个个的农二代。但心底的春晖梦一直鞭策着他们，鼓舞着他们，激励着他们。他们做了，借助春晖行动的平台为家乡四处筹钱，一天过去了、一个月过去了、1年，2年过去了，看似遥远的梦想在他们坚定信念的支撑下一步一步实现了，他们最终筹集120余万元资金，为家乡修建了一条乡村公路和两个图书室，创造了“穷人做慈善”的伟大奇迹，圆了家乡几代人的梦！圆了自己的春晖梦。
习近平总书记说：“空谈误国，实干兴邦！”李总理说：“喊破嗓子，不如甩开膀子！”在党的关怀下，在春晖的照耀下，我们需要坚守，需要付出，需要行动。因为春晖天下是你的梦，是我的梦，是我们贵州人的梦，是每一位游子回报桑梓的梦！正是这无数的梦构成了
