Butwhyhasthissecuritysofareludedus?
Ibelieveitisbecauseoursecuritystrategieshavenotyetcaughtupwiththeriskswearefacing.Theglobalizationthathassweptawaythebarrierstothemovementofgoods,ideasandpeoplehasalsosweptwithitbarriersthatconfinedandlocalizedsecuritythreats.
ArecentUnitedNatioHigh-Levelpanelidentifiedfivecategoriesofthreatsthatweface:
1.poverty,InfectiousDisease,andEnvironmentalDegradatio
2.ArmedConflict?bothwithinandamongstate
3.OrganizedCrime;
4.Terrorism;and
5.WeapoofMaDestruction.
Theseareall’threatswithoutborders’?wheretraditionalnotioofnationalsecurityhavebecomeoolete.Wecaotreondtothesethreatsbybuildingmorewalls,developingbiggerweapo,ordiatchingmoretroo.Quitetothecontrary.Bytheirverynature,thesesecuritythreatsrequireprimarilymultinationalcooperation.
Butwhatismoreimportantisthatthesearenotseparateordistinctthreats.Whenwescratchthesurface,wefindthemcloselycoectedandinterrelated.
Weare1,000peopleheretodayinthisaugusthall.Imagineforamomentthatwerepresenttheworld’spopulation.These200peopleonmyleftwouldbethewealthyoftheworld,whocoume80percentoftheavailableresources.Andthese400peopleonmyrightwouldbelivingonanincomeoflethanperday.
Thisunderprivilegedgroupofpeopleonmyrightisnoleintelligentorleworthythantheirfellowhumanbeingsontheothersideoftheaisle.Theyweresimplybornintothisfate.

Itshouldnotbeasurprisethenthatpovertycontinuestobreedconflict.Ofthe13milliondeathsduetoarmedconflictinthelasttenyears,9millionoccurredinsub-SaharanAfrica,wherethepoorestofthepoorlive.
Coideralsoouraroachtothesanctityandvalueofhumanlife.IntheaftermathoftheSeptember20xxterroristattacksintheUnitedStates,weallgrieveddeeply,andexpreedoutrageatthisheinouscrime?andrightlyso.Butmanypeopletodayareunawarethat,astheresultofcivilwarintheDemocraticRepublicoftheCongo,3.8millionpeoplehavelosttheirlivessince1998.
Arewetoconcludethatourprioritiesareskewed,andouraroachesuneven?

LadiesandGentlemen.Withthis’bigpicture’inmind,wecanbetterunderstandthechanginglandscapeinnuclearnon-proliferationanddisarmament.
Therearethreemainfeaturestothischanginglandscape:theemergenceofanexteiveblackmarketinnuclearmaterialandequipment;theproliferationofnuclearweapoandseitivenucleartechnology;andthestagnationinnucleardisarmament.
Today,withglobalizationbringinguseverclosertogether,ifwechoosetoignoretheiecuritiesofsome,theywillsoonbecometheiecuritiesofall.
Equally,withthereadofadvancedscienceandtechnology,aslongassomeofuschoosetorelyonnuclearweapo,wecontinuetoriskthatthesesameweapowillbecomeincreasinglyattractivetoothers.
Ihavenodoubtthat,ifwehopetoescapeself-destruction,thennuclearweaposhouldhavenoplaceinourcollectivecocience,andnoroleinoursecurity.
Tothatend,wemusteure?aolutely?thatnomorecountriesacquirethesedeadlyweapo.
Wemustseetoitthatnuclear-weaponstatestakeconcretestetowardsnucleardisarmament.
Andwemustputinplaceasecuritysystemthatdoesnotrelyonnucleardeterrence.

Arethesegoalsrealisticandwithinreach?Idobelievetheyare.Butthenthreesteareurgentlyrequired.
First,keepnuclearandradiologicalmaterialoutofthehandsofextremistgrou.In20xx,theIAEAtogetherwiththeinternationalcommunitylaunchedaworldwidecampaigntoenhancethesecurityofsuchmaterial.protectingnuclearfacilities.Securingpowerfulradioactivesources.Traininglawenforcementofficials.Monitoringbordercroings.Infouryears,wehavecompletedperha50percentofthework.Butthisisnotfastenough,becauseweareinaraceagaittime.
Second,tightencontrolovertheoperatioforproducingthenuclearmaterialthatcouldbeusedinweapo.Underthecurrentsystem,anycountryhastherighttomastertheseoperatioforcivilianuses.Butindoingso,italsomastersthemostdifficultsteinmakinganuclearbomb.
Toovercomethis,Iamhopingthatwecanmaketheseoperatiomultinational?sothatnoonecountrycanhaveexclusivecontroloveranysuchoperation.Myplanistobeginbysettingupareservefuelbank,underIAEAcontrol,sothateverycountrywillbeauredthatitwillgetthefuelneededforitsbonafidepeacefulnuclearactivities.Thisauranceofsulywillremovetheincentive?andthejustification?foreachcountrytodevelopitsownfuelcycle.Weshouldthenbeabletoagreeonamoratoriumonnewnationalfacilities,andtobeginworkonmultinationalarrangementsforenrichment,fuelproduction,wastediosalandreproceing.
Wemustalsostrengthentheverificationsystem.IAEAiectioaretheheartandsoulofthenuclearnon-proliferationregime.Tobeeffective,itiseentialthatweareprovidedwiththenecearyauthority,information,advancedtechnology,andresources.AndouriectiomustbebackedbytheUNSecurityCouncil,tobecalledonincasesofnon-compliance.
Third,acceleratedisarmamentefforts.Westillhaveeightorninecountrieswhopoenuclearweapo.Westillhave
27,000warheadsinexistence.Ibelievethisis27,000toomany.
Agoodstartwouldbeifthenuclear-weaponstatesreducedthestrategicrolegiventotheseweapo.Morethan15yearsaftertheendoftheColdWar,itisincompreheibletomanythatthemajornuclear-weaponstatesoperatewiththeirarsenalsonhair-triggeralert?suchthat,inthecaseofapoiblelaunchofanuclearattack,theirleaderscouldhaveonly30minutestodecidewhethertoretaliate,riskingthedevastationofentirenatioinamatterofminutes.
Thesearethreeconcretestethat,Ibelieve,canreadilybetaken.protectthematerialandstrengthenverification.Controlthefuelcycle.Acceleratedisarmamentefforts.
Butthatisnotenough.Thehardpartis:howdowecreateanenvironmentinwhichnuclearweapo?likeslaveryorgenocide?areregardedasatabooandahistoricalanomaly?

Whetheronebelievesinevolution,intelligentdesign,orDivineCreation,onethingiscertain.Sincethebegiingofhistory,humanbeingshavebeenatwarwitheachother,underthepretextofreligion,ideology,ethnicityandotherreaso.Andnocivilizationhaseverwillinglygivenupitsmostpowerfulweapo.Weseemtoagreetodaythatwecansharemoderntechnology,butwestillrefusetoacknowledgethatourvalues?attheirverycore?aresharedvalues.
IamanEgyptianMuslim,educatedinCairoandNewYork,andnowlivinginViea.MywifeandIhaveenthalfourlivesintheNorth,halfintheSouth.Andwehaveexperiencedfirsthandtheuniquenatureofthehumanfamilyandthecommonvaluesweallshare.
ShakeeareeaksofeverysinglememberofthatfamilyinTheMerchantofVenice,whenheasks:"Ifyouprickus,dowenotbleed?Ifyoutickleus,dowenotlaugh?Ifyoupoisonus,dowenotdie?Andifyouwrongus,shallwenotrevenge?"
Andlestweforget:
Thereisnoreligionthatwasfoundedonintolerance?andnoreligionthatdoesnotvaluethesanctityofhumanlife.
Judaismasksthatwevaluethebeautyandjoyofhumanexistence.
Christianitysaysweshouldtreatourneighboursaswewouldbetreated.
Islamdeclaresthatkillingonepersonunjustlyisthesameaskillingallofhumanity.
Hinduismrecognizestheentireuniverseasonefamily.
Buddhismcallsonustocherishtheoneneofallcreation.
Somewouldsaythatitistooidealistictobelieveinasocietybasedontoleranceandthesanctityofhumanlife,whereborders,nationalitiesandideologiesareofmarginalimportance.TothoseIsay,thisisnotidealism,butratherrealism,becausehistoryhastaughtusthatwarrarelyresolvesourdifferences.Forcedoesnothealoldwounditopenewones.

Ihavetalkedaboutoureffortstocombatthemisuseofnuclearenergy.Letmenowtellyouhowthisverysameenergyisusedforthebenefitofhumankind.
AttheIAEA,weworkdailyoneverycontinenttoputnuclearandradiationtechniquesintheserviceofhumankind.InVietnam,farmersplantricewithgreaternutritionalvaluethatwasdevelopedwithIAEAaistance.ThroughoutLatinAmerica,nucleartechnologyisbeingusedtomapundergroundaquifers,sothatwatersuliescanbemanagedsustainably.InGhana,anewradiotherapymachineisofferingcancertreatmenttothousandsofpatients.IntheSouthpacific,Japanesescientistsareusingnucleartechniquestostudyclimatechange.InIndia,eightnewnuclearplantsareundercotruction,toprovidecleanelectricityforagrowingnation?acaseinpointoftherisingexpectationforasurgeintheuseofnuclearenergyworldwide.
Theseprojects,andathousandothers,exemplifytheIAEAideal:Atomsforpeace.
Buttheexpandinguseofnuclearenergyandtechnologyalsomakesitcrucialthatnuclearsafetyandsecurityaremaintainedatthehighestlevel.
SincetheChernobylaccident,wehaveworkedallovertheglobetoraisenuclearsafetyperformance.AndsincetheSeptember20xxterroristattacks,wehaveworkedwithevengreaterinteityonnuclearsecurity.Onbothfronts,wehavebuiltaninternationalnetworkoflegalnormsandperformancestandards.Butourmosttangibleimpacthasbeenontheground.Hundredsofmiio,ineverypartoftheworld,withinternationalexpertsmakingsurenuclearactivitiesaresafeandsecure.
Iamveryproudofthe2,300hardworkingmenandwomenthatmakeuptheIAEAstaff?thecolleagueswithwhomIsharethishonour.Someofthemareherewithmetoday.Wecomefromover90countries.Webringmanydifferentperectivestoourwork.Ourpersityisourstrength.
Wearelimitedinourauthority.Wehaveaverymodestbudget.Andwehavenoarmies.
Butarmedwiththestrengthofourconvictio,wewillcontinuetoeaktruthtopower.Andwewillcontinuetocarryoutourmandatewithindependenceandobjectivity.
TheNobelpeaceprizeisapowerfulmeageforus?toendureinoureffortstoworkforsecurityanddevelopment.Adurablepeaceisnotasingleachievement,butanenvironment,aproceandacommitment.

Ihavehopebecausethepositiveaectsofglobalizationareenablingnatioandpeoplestobecomepolitically,economicallyandsociallyinterdependent,makingwaranincreasinglyunacceptableoption.
Amongthe25membersoftheEuropeanUnion,thedegreeofeconomicandsocio-politicaldependencieshasmadetheproectoftheuseofforcetoresolvedifferencesalmostaurd.ThesameisemergingwithregardtotheOrganizationforSecurityandCo-operationinEurope,withsome55membercountriesfromEurope,CentralAsiaandNorthAmerica.Couldthesemodelsbeexpandedtoaworldmodel,throughthesamecreativemultilateralengagementandactiveinternationalcooperation,wherethestrongarejustandtheweaksecure?
Ihavehopebecausecivilsocietyisbecomingbetterinformedandmoreengaged.Theyarepreingtheirgovernmentsforchange?tocreatedemocraticsocietiesbasedonpersity,toleranceandequality.Theyareproposingcreativesolutio.Theyareraisingawarene,donatingfunds,workingtotraformciviciritfromthelocaltotheglobal.Workingtobringthehumanfamilyclosertogether.
Wenowhavetheoortunity,morethanatanytimebefore,togiveanaffirmativeawertooneoftheoldestquestioofalltime:"AmImybrother’skeeper?"
Whatisrequiredisanewmindsetandachangeofheart,tobeabletoseethepersonacrotheoceanasourneighbour.
Finally,IhavehopebecauseofwhatIseeinmychildren,andsomeoftheirgeneration.
Itookmyfirsttripabroadattheageof19.MychildrenwereevenmorefortunatethanI.Theyhadtheirfirstexposuretoforeigncultureasinfants,andtheywereraisedinamulticulturalenvironment.AndIcansayaolutelythatmysonanddaughterareoblivioustocolourandraceandnationality.TheyseenodifferencebetweentheirfriendsNoriko,Mafupo,Justin,SauloandHuam;tothem,theyareonlyfellowhumanbeingsandgoodfriends.

国际家庭日

今年国际家庭日的主题是艾滋病毒和艾滋病对家庭幸福的影响。它提醒我们注意当今面临的最紧迫挑战，一项影响全的家庭、大家庭、社区和政府的挑战。艾滋病毒和艾滋病给家庭带来深重的灾难。家中有一人生病或死亡，全体家庭成员都遭受痛苦。伴随这一人类悲剧的还有经济困难。先是保健费用上涨和收入减少，而后随着疾病的加重，经济上日益捉襟见肘，直至影响家庭的衣食住行和其他基本需要。艾滋病毒/艾滋病对家庭的影响尤以儿童为甚。女童常被迫辍学去承担照顾家人的重任。父母双亡后，儿童和少女往往就得独撑门户。没有成人的照顾和关怀，许多儿童很容易遭受歧视、沦为童工或成为其他剥削行为的受害者，进而再感染艾滋病毒。艾滋病还使社区失去向下一代传授价值观、文化规范、耕作技术和应付能力的重要渠道。先生版权所有
显然，我们必须尽一切力量帮助家庭顽强地保全自己，因为家庭常常是唯一的安全防线，对决定个人和社区能否很好地对付艾滋病及其后果发挥着至关重要的作用。正因为如此，20xx年举行的关于艾滋病毒/艾滋病问题的小编大会特别会议承认家庭在预防、照顾和支持方面发挥的重要作用。会议呼吁各国政府制订或加强战略、政策和方案，承认家庭为减少艾滋病的伤害和对付疾病影响所作的贡献。小编版权所有

今天就是我们等候多时梦寐以到的“六一”国际儿童节了，这天也是少年儿童自己的节日！

同学们，“六一”是我们最快乐的节日，我们能够快乐地成长，那是因为我们的童年多么快乐。在学习上，全面地发展是我们大家共同的一个心愿。为此，我向全体同学提出以下几点要求：

1·我们要加强思想品德的培养。我们还要树立自尊、自立、自强、自爱的精神，培养独立意识；要爱自己、爱父母、爱老师、爱同学、爱学校、爱祖国、爱科学、爱劳动，不断培养对自己、对家庭、对学校的责任感。

2·我们要培养健全的人格，我们还要树立远大理想，从现在做起，从我做起；遇到困难不退缩、不气馁、充满自信，敢超越自我；培养竞争能力和抗挫折能力，在学习上，生活中，不断攀登新的高峰，不断创造新的辉煌。

今天是国际红十字日。在国际红十字会运动开展的一百多年时间里，无论是战争年代，还是和平时期，无论是灾害横行的时候，还是严重的突发事件面前，无数的会员们以“人道、博爱、奉献”的精神为保护人类生命和健康作出不可磨灭的贡献，书写了可歌可泣、感人至深的动人篇章。我院作为红十字会的团体会员，近年来，在市卫生局、市红十字会的指导下及布置下，积极广泛地开展了无偿献血、向灾区捐钱捐物、卫生救护知识、社区卫生医疗服务等多次工作得到了社会各界的广泛赞誉。
今天，我们欣喜地看到又有一批青年医护人员在这里带头老一辈的殷殷嘱托，接过鲜红的红十字会旗，宣誓成为红十字会会员。在此，我代表医院党政领导班子向大家表示祝贺，同时，我向大家提出两点希望和要求：
第一，红十字会是从事人道主义工作的社会救助团体，是党和政府联系群众的桥梁和纽带。希望大家能够充分认训识到红十字会的这一性质，把实现好、维护好、发展好人民群众的根本利益作为工作的出发点和落脚点，着眼于保护人民的生命和健康，尤其是要关注最易受损害的人群。我们开展的卫生救护工作、红十字关爱进社区和社会救护工作，就是我们红十字人的辛勤努力，为构建社会主义贡献力量的实际表现。
第二，开展群众性的救护训练是红会的传统工作普及卫生救护和防病知识，进行实级救护培训组织群众参加现场救护是《红十字会》赋予的一道主要职责，这都需要以我们自身业务技能熟练、知识全面为前提基础的；希望大家能进一步增强光荣感和责任感，苦练内功，勤奋学习只要这样才能更好地服务于社会。
红十字组织源于战地救护。“人道、博爱、奉献”这一红十字精神与我们医护人员“救死扶伤，治病救人”的天职是一致的，通过积极参与红会活动将会使大家对医生、护士这一职业内涵有更深刻的理解，希望大家能在活动中逐步树立和形成关爱社会关爱生命爱岗敬业、乐于奉献的良好医德。

Coideralsoouraroachtothesanctityandvalueofhumanlife.IntheaftermathoftheSeptember20xxterroristattacksintheUnitedStates,weallgrieveddeeply,andexpreedoutrageatthisheinouscrime?andrightlyso.Butmanypeopletodayareunawarethat,astheresultofcivilwarintheDemocraticRepublicoftheCongo,3.8millionpeoplehavelosttheirlivessince1998.
Arewetoconcludethatourprioritiesareskewed,andouraroachesuneven?

LadiesandGentlemen.Withthis’bigpicture’inmind,wecanbetterunderstandthechanginglandscapeinnuclearnon-proliferationanddisarmament.
Therearethreemainfeaturestothischanginglandscape:theemergenceofanexteiveblackmarketinnuclearmaterialandequipment;theproliferationofnuclearweapoandseitivenucleartechnology;andthestagnationinnucleardisarmament.
Today,withglobalizationbringinguseverclosertogether,ifwechoosetoignoretheiecuritiesofsome,theywillsoonbecometheiecuritiesofall.
Equally,withthereadofadvancedscienceandtechnology,aslongassomeofuschoosetorelyonnuclearweapo,wecontinuetoriskthatthesesameweapowillbecomeincreasinglyattractivetoothers.
Ihavenodoubtthat,ifwehopetoescapeself-destruction,thennuclearweaposhouldhavenoplaceinourcollectivecocience,andnoroleinoursecurity.
Tothatend,wemusteure?aolutely?thatnomorecountriesacquirethesedeadlyweapo.
Wemustseetoitthatnuclear-weaponstatestakeconcretestetowardsnucleardisarmament.
Andwemustputinplaceasecuritysystemthatdoesnotrelyonnucleardeterrence.

Arethesegoalsrealisticandwithinreach?Idobelievetheyare.Butthenthreesteareurgentlyrequired.
First,keepnuclearandradiologicalmaterialoutofthehandsofextremistgrou.In20xx,theIAEAtogetherwiththeinternationalcommunitylaunchedaworldwidecampaigntoenhancethesecurityofsuchmaterial.protectingnuclearfacilities.Securingpowerfulradioactivesources.Traininglawenforcementofficials.Monitoringbordercroings.Infouryears,wehavecompletedperha50percentofthework.Butthisisnotfastenough,becauseweareinaraceagaittime.
Second,tightencontrolovertheoperatioforproducingthenuclearmaterialthatcouldbeusedinweapo.Underthecurrentsystem,anycountryhastherighttomastertheseoperatioforcivilianuses.Butindoingso,italsomastersthemostdifficultsteinmakinganuclearbomb.
Toovercomethis,Iamhopingthatwecanmaketheseoperatiomultinational?sothatnoonecountrycanhaveexclusivecontroloveranysuchoperation.Myplanistobeginbysettingupareservefuelbank,underIAEAcontrol,sothateverycountrywillbeauredthatitwillgetthefuelneededforitsbonafidepeacefulnuclearactivities.Thisauranceofsulywillremovetheincentive?andthejustification?foreachcountrytodevelopitsownfuelcycle.Weshouldthenbeabletoagreeonamoratoriumonnewnationalfacilities,andtobeginworkonmultinationalarrangementsforenrichment,fuelproduction,wastediosalandreproceing.
Wemustalsostrengthentheverificationsystem.IAEAiectioaretheheartandsoulofthenuclearnon-proliferationregime.Tobeeffective,itiseentialthatweareprovidedwiththenecearyauthority,information,advancedtechnology,andresources.AndouriectiomustbebackedbytheUNSecurityCouncil,tobecalledonincasesofnon-compliance.
Third,acceleratedisarmamentefforts.Westillhaveeightorninecountrieswhopoenuclearweapo.Westillhave
27,000warheadsinexistence.Ibelievethisis27,000toomany.
Agoodstartwouldbeifthenuclear-weaponstatesreducedthestrategicrolegiventotheseweapo.Morethan15yearsaftertheendoftheColdWar,itisincompreheibletomanythatthemajornuclear-weaponstatesoperatewiththeirarsenalsonhair-triggeralert?suchthat,inthecaseofapoiblelaunchofanuclearattack,theirleaderscouldhaveonly30minutestodecidewhethertoretaliate,riskingthedevastationofentirenatioinamatterofminutes.
Thesearethreeconcretestethat,Ibelieve,canreadilybetaken.protectthematerialandstrengthenverification.Controlthefuelcycle.Acceleratedisarmamentefforts.
Butthatisnotenough.Thehardpartis:howdowecreateanenvironmentinwhichnuclearweapo?likeslaveryorgenocide?areregardedasatabooandahistoricalanomaly?

Thereisnoreligionthatwasfoundedonintolerance?andnoreligionthatdoesnotvaluethesanctityofhumanlife.
Judaismasksthatwevaluethebeautyandjoyofhumanexistence.
Christianitysaysweshouldtreatourneighboursaswewouldbetreated.
Islamdeclaresthatkillingonepersonunjustlyisthesameaskillingallofhumanity.
Hinduismrecognizestheentireuniverseasonefamily.
Buddhismcallsonustocherishtheoneneofallcreation.
Somewouldsaythatitistooidealistictobelieveinasocietybasedontoleranceandthesanctityofhumanlife,whereborders,nationalitiesandideologiesareofmarginalimportance.TothoseIsay,thisisnotidealism,butratherrealism,becausehistoryhastaughtusthatwarrarelyresolvesourdifferences.Forcedoesnothealoldwounditopenewones.

Ihavetalkedaboutoureffortstocombatthemisuseofnuclearenergy.Letmenowtellyouhowthisverysameenergyisusedforthebenefitofhumankind.
AttheIAEA,weworkdailyoneverycontinenttoputnuclearandradiationtechniquesintheserviceofhumankind.InVietnam,farmersplantricewithgreaternutritionalvaluethatwasdevelopedwithIAEAaistance.ThroughoutLatinAmerica,nucleartechnologyisbeingusedtomapundergroundaquifers,sothatwatersuliescanbemanagedsustainably.InGhana,anewradiotherapymachineisofferingcancertreatmenttothousandsofpatients.IntheSouthpacific,Japanesescientistsareusingnucleartechniquestostudyclimatechange.InIndia,eightnewnuclearplantsareundercotruction,toprovidecleanelectricityforagrowingnation?acaseinpointoftherisingexpectationforasurgeintheuseofnuclearenergyworldwide.
Theseprojects,andathousandothers,exemplifytheIAEAideal:Atomsforpeace.
Buttheexpandinguseofnuclearenergyandtechnologyalsomakesitcrucialthatnuclearsafetyandsecurityaremaintainedatthehighestlevel.
SincetheChernobylaccident,wehaveworkedallovertheglobetoraisenuclearsafetyperformance.AndsincetheSeptember20xxterroristattacks,wehaveworkedwithevengreaterinteityonnuclearsecurity.Onbothfronts,wehavebuiltaninternationalnetworkoflegalnormsandperformancestandards.Butourmosttangibleimpacthasbeenontheground.Hundredsofmiio,ineverypartoftheworld,withinternationalexpertsmakingsurenuclearactivitiesaresafeandsecure.
Iamveryproudofthe2,300hardworkingmenandwomenthatmakeuptheIAEAstaff?thecolleagueswithwhomIsharethishonour.Someofthemareherewithmetoday.Wecomefromover90countries.Webringmanydifferentperectivestoourwork.Ourpersityisourstrength.
Wearelimitedinourauthority.Wehaveaverymodestbudget.Andwehavenoarmies.
Butarmedwiththestrengthofourconvictio,wewillcontinuetoeaktruthtopower.Andwewillcontinuetocarryoutourmandatewithindependenceandobjectivity.
TheNobelpeaceprizeisapowerfulmeageforus?toendureinoureffortstoworkforsecurityanddevelopment.Adurablepeaceisnotasingleachievement,butanenvironment,aproceandacommitment.

Amongthe25membersoftheEuropeanUnion,thedegreeofeconomicandsocio-politicaldependencieshasmadetheproectoftheuseofforcetoresolvedifferencesalmostaurd.ThesameisemergingwithregardtotheOrganizationforSecurityandCo-operationinEurope,withsome55membercountriesfromEurope,CentralAsiaandNorthAmerica.Couldthesemodelsbeexpandedtoaworldmodel,throughthesamecreativemultilateralengagementandactiveinternationalcooperation,wherethestrongarejustandtheweaksecure?

国际家庭日

今年国际家庭日的主题是艾滋病毒和艾滋病对家庭幸福的影响。它提醒我们注意当今面临的最紧迫挑战，一项影响全的家庭、大家庭、社区和政府的挑战。艾滋病毒和艾滋病给家庭带来深重的灾难。家中有一人生病或死亡，全体家庭成员都遭受痛苦。伴随这一人类悲剧的还有经济困难。先是保健费用上涨和收入减少，而后随着疾病的加重，经济上日益捉襟见肘，直至影响家庭的衣食住行和其他基本需要。艾滋病毒/艾滋病对家庭的影响尤以儿童为甚。女童常被迫辍学去承担照顾家人的重任。父母双亡后，儿童和少女往往就得独撑门户。没有成人的照顾和关怀，许多儿童很容易遭受歧视、沦为童工或成为其他剥削行为的受害者，进而再感染艾滋病毒。艾滋病还使社区失去向下一代传授价值观、文化规范、耕作技术和应付能力的重要渠道。先生版权所有
显然，我们必须尽一切力量帮助家庭顽强地保全自己，因为家庭常常是唯一的安全防线，对决定个人和社区能否很好地对付艾滋病及其后果发挥着至关重要的作用。正因为如此，20xx年举行的关于艾滋病毒/艾滋病问题的小编大会特别会议承认家庭在预防、照顾和支持方面发挥的重要作用。会议呼吁各国政府制订或加强战略、政策和方案，承认家庭为减少艾滋病的伤害和对付疾病影响所作的贡献。小编版权所有

大家好！

今天就是我们等候多时梦寐以到的“六一”国际儿童节了，这天也是少年儿童自己的节日！

同学们，“六一”是我们最快乐的节日，我们能够快乐地成长，那是因为我们的童年多么快乐。在学习上，全面地发展是我们大家共同的一个心愿。为此，我向全体同学提出以下几点要求：

1·我们要加强思想品德的培养。我们还要树立自尊、自立、自强、自爱的精神，培养独立意识；要爱自己、爱父母、爱老师、爱同学、爱学校、爱祖国、爱科学、爱劳动，不断培养对自己、对家庭、对学校的责任感。

2·我们要培养健全的人格，我们还要树立远大理想，从现在做起，从我做起；遇到困难不退缩、不气馁、充满自信，敢超越自我；培养竞争能力和抗挫折能力，在学习上，生活中，不断攀登新的高峰，不断创造新的辉煌。
