文明的范围很大，文明的作用也很大，它可以让一个人身败名裂，也可以让一个人名扬四海，更能代表一个国家的修养和名声。

在国外，他们会用中文写着：请不要随处乱扔垃圾。请不要随地吐痰。请不要这些都意味着什麽?这些都意味着在外国人的眼里，我们中国人的素质很差。随地乱扔已成为一些中国人的习惯了，由于这些人常常随地乱扔，将这些习惯带到国外，因而在国外看到的是中国人随地乱扔的人最多，从而也让中国背上了不文明的黑锅。所以，一个国家无论它有多大，只要这个国家的公民不讲文明，一样不能与小的国家相比，一样被别人瞧不起。
