Inonerecentmeage,theGlobalIslamicMediaFront--agroupthatoftenpostsalQaedapropagandaonweites--saidtheirgoalisto,"carryoutamediawarthatisparalleltothemilitarywar."ThisisthesamestrategytheterroristslaunchedinAfghanistanfollowing9/11.InalettertotheTalibanleaderMullahOmar,OsamabinLadenwrotethatalQaedaintendedtowage"amediacampaign,tocreateawedgebetweentheAmericanpeopleandtheirgovernment."

In1776,JohnAdamspredictedtohiswife,Abigail,thatAmerica’sIndependenceDaywouldbecelebratedbysucceedinggeneratioasthegreataiversaryfestival.Hewrotethat"thisaiversaryshouldbecommemoratedwithpompandparade,withshows,games,orts,bells,bonfires,andilluminatiofromoneendofthiscontinenttotheother,fromthistimeforward,forevermore."

Sincethen,generatioofAmericahavedonejustthat.EachyearwelookforwardtothefamilygatheringsandthegrandcelebratiothattakeplaceacrotheNationonthe4thofJuly.Andamidthemusicandbarbequesandfireworks,wegivethanksforourfreedom,andwehonorthebraveryandsacrificesofallthosewhohavemadethatfreedompoible.

OnThursday,IvisitedtheRioGrandeValleyBorderpatrolSectorinTexas.IsawfirsthandhowtheNationalGuardisworkingwithourBorderpatrolagentstoimprovebordersecurity.NationalGuardtrooarehelpingwithsurveillance,cotruction,andlogistics.They’rebuildingandrepairingfences,maintainingvehicles,andmaingdetectionequipmentontheborderandincommandcenters.

Tohelphonestbusineesfollowthelaw,Iproposemoreeffectivetoolstoverifythelegalstatusofworkers.Thesetoolsshouldincludeatamper-proofidentificationcardforlegalforeignworkers.Bytakingtheseste,wewillmakeiteasierforbusineestoobeythelawandleavethemnoexcuseforviolatingit.

Weneedtoresolvethestatusofillegalimmigrantswhoarealreadyhere.Theyshouldnotbegivenanautomaticpathtocitizehip.Thisisamnesty,andIooseit.Amnestywouldbeunfairtothosewhoareherelawfully,anditwouldinvitefurtherwavesofillegalimmigration.Wewillfindarationalmiddlegroundbetweenautomaticcitizehipforillegalimmigrantsandmadeportatioofpeoplewho’vebeenlivinghereformanyyearswithjo,families,anddeeprootsinourcountry.

Inourfreesociety,peoplehavetherighttochoosehowtheylivetheirlives.Andinafreesociety,decisioaboutsuchafundamentalsocialititutionasmarriageshouldbemadebythepeople--notbythecourts.TheAmericanpeoplehaveokenclearlyonthisiue,boththroughtheirrepresentativesandattheballotbox.In1996,CongrearovedtheDefeeofMarriageActbyoverwhelmingbipartisanmajoritiesinboththeHouseandSenate,andpresidentClintonsigneditintolaw.Andsincethen,votersin19stateshavearovedamendmentstotheirstatecotitutiothatprotectthetraditionaldefinitionofmarriage.Andtoday,45ofthe50stateshaveeitherastatecotitutionalamendmentorstatutedefiningmarriageastheunionofamanandawoman.Theseamendmentsandlawsexpreabroadcoeusinourcountryforprotectingtheititutionofmarriage.

Unfortunately,activistjudgesandsomelocalofficialshavemadeanaggreiveattempttoredefinemarriageinrecentyears.Since20xx,statecourtsinWashington,California,Maryland,andNewYorkhaveoverturnedlawsprotectingmarriageinthosestates.AndinNebraska,afederaljudgeoverturnedastatecotitutionalamendmentbaingsame-sexmarriage.

AnotherreasonfortherecentincreaseinattacksisthattheterroristsaretryingtoinfluencepublicopinionhereintheUnitedStates.Theyhaveasophisticatedpropagandastrategy.Theyknowtheycaotdefeatusinthebattle,sotheyconducthigh-profileattacks,hopingthattheimagesofviolencewilldemoralizeourcountryandforceustoretreat.Theycarryvideocamerasandfilmtheiratrocities,andbroadcastthemontheInternet.Theye-mailimagesandvideoclitoMiddleEasterncablenetworkslikeal-Jazeera,anditructtheirfollowerstosendthesamematerialtoAmericanjournalists,authors,andopinionleaders.Theyoperateweites,wheretheypostmeagesfortheirfollowersandreadersacrotheworld.

Inonerecentmeage,theGlobalIslamicMediaFront--agroupthatoftenpostsalQaedapropagandaonweites--saidtheirgoalisto,"carryoutamediawarthatisparalleltothemilitarywar."ThisisthesamestrategytheterroristslaunchedinAfghanistanfollowing9/11.InalettertotheTalibanleaderMullahOmar,OsamabinLadenwrotethatalQaedaintendedtowage"amediacampaign,tocreateawedgebetweentheAmericanpeopleandtheirgovernment."

TheterroristsaretryingtopideAmericaandbreakourwill,andwemustnotallowthemtosucceed.SoAmericawillstandwiththedemocraticgovernmentofIraq.WewillhelpprimeMinisterMalikibuildafreenationthatcangovernitself,sustainitself,anddefenditself.AndwewillhelpIraqbecomeastrongdemocracythatisastrongallyinthewaronterror.

In1776,JohnAdamspredictedtohiswife,Abigail,thatAmerica’sIndependenceDaywouldbecelebratedbysucceedinggeneratioasthegreataiversaryfestival.Hewrotethat"thisaiversaryshouldbecommemoratedwithpompandparade,withshows,games,orts,bells,bonfires,andilluminatiofromoneendofthiscontinenttotheother,fromthistimeforward,forevermore."

Sincethen,generatioofAmericahavedonejustthat.EachyearwelookforwardtothefamilygatheringsandthegrandcelebratiothattakeplaceacrotheNationonthe4thofJuly.Andamidthemusicandbarbequesandfireworks,wegivethanksforourfreedom,andwehonorthebraveryandsacrificesofallthosewhohavemadethatfreedompoible.

Webelievethatthisweek’sarrestshavesignificantlydisruptedthethreat.Yetwecaotbesurethatthethreathasbeeneliminated.Soasaprecaution,onThursday,thefederalgovernmenttookseveralstetoincreasesecurityatourairportsandaboardourplanes.

InMay,Ipledged版权所有todeployupto6,000NationalGuardmemberstosuorttheBorderpatrol,andwefulfilledthatpledgebyAugust1st.ThroughOperationJumpStart,NationalGuardmembersarenowondutysuortingtheBorderpatrolinTexas,California,Arizona,andNewMexico.

OnThursday,IvisitedtheRioGrandeValleyBorderpatrolSectorinTexas.IsawfirsthandhowtheNationalGuardisworkingwithourBorderpatrolagentstoimprovebordersecurity.NationalGuardtrooarehelpingwithsurveillance,cotruction,andlogistics.They’rebuildingandrepairingfences,maintainingvehicles,andmaingdetectionequipmentontheborderandincommandcenters.

ThearrivalofNationalGuardunitshasallowedtheBorderpatroltomovemoreagentsintofront-linepositio,andthisadditionalmaowerisdeliveringresults.WiththesuortoftheNationalGuard,Borderpatrolagentshaveseizedover17,000poundsofillegaldrugsandcaughtmorethan2,500illegalimmigrantssinceJune15th.Justlastmonth,BorderpatrolagentsintheRioGrandeValleySectorconfiscatedmorethan4,200poundsofmarijuanahiddeninatractortrailer.AndthesuortoftheNationalGuardwasimportantinmakingthisseizurehaen.

Rationalandcompreheiveimmigrationreformmustbeginwithbordersecurity,andwehavemoretodo.SoI’veaskedCongretofunddramaticincreasesinmaowerandtechnologyfortheBorderpatrol.Wewilladd6,000newBorderpatrolagents.Wewillbuildhigh-techfencesinurbancorridorsandnewpatrolroadsandbarriersinruralareas.Andwewillemploymotionseors,infraredcameras,andunmaedaerialvehiclestopreventillegalcroings.Bydeploying21stcenturytechnologies,wewillmakeourBorderpatrolagentsevenmoreeffectiveandourbordermoresecure.

WeneedtoenforceourimmigrationlawsatourNation’sworksites.Toenforcethelaw,wehavelaunchedraidsonbusineesthatknowinglyhireillegalimmigrants.Wearefilingcriminalchargesagaittheseemployers,andweareprosecutingthemtothefullestextentofthelaw.

Tohelphonestbusineesfollowthelaw,Iproposemoreeffectivetoolstoverifythelegalstatusofworkers.Thesetoolsshouldincludeatamper-proofidentificationcardforlegalforeignworkers.Bytakingtheseste,wewillmakeiteasierforbusineestoobeythelawandleavethemnoexcuseforviolatingit.

Weneedtoresolvethestatusofillegalimmigrantswhoarealreadyhere.Theyshouldnotbegivenanautomaticpathtocitizehip.Thisisamnesty,andIooseit.Amnestywouldbeunfairtothosewhoareherelawfully,anditwouldinvitefurtherwavesofillegalimmigration.Wewillfindarationalmiddlegroundbetweenautomaticcitizehipforillegalimmigrantsandmadeportatioofpeoplewho’vebeenlivinghereformanyyearswithjo,families,anddeeprootsinourcountry.

Finally,weneedcompreheiveimmigrationreformthathonorstheAmericantraditionofthemeltingpotbyhelpingnewcomersaimilate.Americaareboundtogetherbyoursharedideals,ourhistory,andtheabilitytoeakandwritetheEnglishlanguage.Whenimmigrantsaimilate,theyadvanceinoursociety,realizetheirdreams,andaddtotheunityofAmerica.Wecanfixtheproblemofillegalimmigrationanddeliveranimmigrationsystemthatisrationalandcompaionate.

Inourfreesociety,peoplehavetherighttochoosehowtheylivetheirlives.Andinafreesociety,decisioaboutsuchafundamentalsocialititutionasmarriageshouldbemadebythepeople--notbythecourts.TheAmericanpeoplehaveokenclearlyonthisiue,boththroughtheirrepresentativesandattheballotbox.In1996,CongrearovedtheDefeeofMarriageActbyoverwhelmingbipartisanmajoritiesinboththeHouseandSenate,andpresidentClintonsigneditintolaw.Andsincethen,votersin19stateshavearovedamendmentstotheirstatecotitutiothatprotectthetraditionaldefinitionofmarriage.Andtoday,45ofthe50stateshaveeitherastatecotitutionalamendmentorstatutedefiningmarriageastheunionofamanandawoman.Theseamendmentsandlawsexpreabroadcoeusinourcountryforprotectingtheititutionofmarriage.

Unfortunately,activistjudgesandsomelocalofficialshavemadeanaggreiveattempttoredefinemarriageinrecentyears.Since20xx,statecourtsinWashington,California,Maryland,andNewYorkhaveoverturnedlawsprotectingmarriageinthosestates.AndinNebraska,afederaljudgeoverturnedastatecotitutionalamendmentbaingsame-sexmarriage.

InMay,Ipledged版权所有todeployupto6,000NationalGuardmemberstosuorttheBorderpatrol,andwefulfilledthatpledgebyAugust1st.ThroughOperationJumpStart,NationalGuardmembersarenowondutysuortingtheBorderpatrolinTexas,California,Arizona,andNewMexico.

OnThursday,IvisitedtheRioGrandeValleyBorderpatrolSectorinTexas.IsawfirsthandhowtheNationalGuardisworkingwithourBorderpatrolagentstoimprovebordersecurity.NationalGuardtrooarehelpingwithsurveillance,cotruction,andlogistics.They’rebuildingandrepairingfences,maintainingvehicles,andmaingdetectionequipmentontheborderandincommandcenters.

ThearrivalofNationalGuardunitshasallowedtheBorderpatroltomovemoreagentsintofront-linepositio,andthisadditionalmaowerisdeliveringresults.WiththesuortoftheNationalGuard,Borderpatrolagentshaveseizedover17,000poundsofillegaldrugsandcaughtmorethan2,500illegalimmigrantssinceJune15th.Justlastmonth,BorderpatrolagentsintheRioGrandeValleySectorconfiscatedmorethan4,200poundsofmarijuanahiddeninatractortrailer.AndthesuortoftheNationalGuardwasimportantinmakingthisseizurehaen.

WeneedtoenforceourimmigrationlawsatourNation’sworksites.Toenforcethelaw,wehavelaunchedraidsonbusineesthatknowinglyhireillegalimmigrants.Wearefilingcriminalchargesagaittheseemployers,andweareprosecutingthemtothefullestextentofthelaw.

Tohelphonestbusineesfollowthelaw,Iproposemoreeffectivetoolstoverifythelegalstatusofworkers.Thesetoolsshouldincludeatamper-proofidentificationcardforlegalforeignworkers.Bytakingtheseste,wewillmakeiteasierforbusineestoobeythelawandleavethemnoexcuseforviolatingit.

Weneedtoresolvethestatusofillegalimmigrantswhoarealreadyhere.Theyshouldnotbegivenanautomaticpathtocitizehip.Thisisamnesty,andIooseit.Amnestywouldbeunfairtothosewhoareherelawfully,anditwouldinvitefurtherwavesofillegalimmigration.Wewillfindarationalmiddlegroundbetweenautomaticcitizehipforillegalimmigrantsandmadeportatioofpeoplewho’vebeenlivinghereformanyyearswithjo,families,anddeeprootsinourcountry.

Marriageisthemostenduringandimportanthumanititution,honoredandencouragedinallculturesandbyeveryreligiousfaith.Agesofexperiencehavetaughtusthatthecommitmentofahuandanda版权所有wifetoloveandtoserveoneanotherpromotesthewelfareofchildrenandthestabilityofsociety.Marriagecaotbecutofffromitscultural,religious,andnaturalrootswithoutweakeningthisgoodinfluenceonsociety.Government,byrecognizingandprotectingmarriage,servestheinterestsofall.

Inourfreesociety,peoplehavetherighttochoosehowtheylivetheirlives.Andinafreesociety,decisioaboutsuchafundamentalsocialititutionasmarriageshouldbemadebythepeople--notbythecourts.TheAmericanpeoplehaveokenclearlyonthisiue,boththroughtheirrepresentativesandattheballotbox.In1996,CongrearovedtheDefeeofMarriageActbyoverwhelmingbipartisanmajoritiesinboththeHouseandSenate,andpresidentClintonsigneditintolaw.Andsincethen,votersin19stateshavearovedamendmentstotheirstatecotitutiothatprotectthetraditionaldefinitionofmarriage.Andtoday,45ofthe50stateshaveeitherastatecotitutionalamendmentorstatutedefiningmarriageastheunionofamanandawoman.Theseamendmentsandlawsexpreabroadcoeusinourcountryforprotectingtheititutionofmarriage.

Unfortunately,activistjudgesandsomelocalofficialshavemadeanaggreiveattempttoredefinemarriageinrecentyears.Since20xx,statecourtsinWashington,California,Maryland,andNewYorkhaveoverturnedlawsprotectingmarriageinthosestates.AndinNebraska,afederaljudgeoverturnedastatecotitutionalamendmentbaingsame-sexmarriage.

>ThesecourtdecisiocouldhaveanimpactonourwholeNation.TheDefeeofMarriageActdeclaresthatnostateisrequiredtoacceptanotherstate’sdefinitionofmarriage.Ifthatactisoverturnedbyactivistcourts,thenmarriagesrecognizedinonecityorstatemighthavetoberecognizedasmarriageseverywhereelse.ThatwouldmeanthateverystatewouldhavetorecognizemarriagesredefinedbyjudgesinMaachusettsorlocalofficialsinSanFrancisco,nomatterwhattheirownlawsorstatecotitutiosay.Thisnationalquestionrequiresanationalsolution,andonaniueofsuchprofoundimportance,thatsolutionshouldcomefromthepeople,notthecourts.

AnamendmenttotheCotitutionisnecearybecauseactivistcourtshaveleftourNationwithnootherchoice.ThecotitutionalamendmentthattheSenatewillcoidernextweekwouldfullyprotectmarriagefrombeingredefined,whileleavingstatelegislaturesfreetomaketheirownchoicesindefininglegalarrangementsotherthanmarriage.Acotitutionalamendmentisthemostdemocraticsolutiontothisiue,becauseitmustbearovedbytwo-thirdsoftheHouseandSenateandthenratifiedbythree-fourthsofthe50statelegislatures.

AnotherreasonfortherecentincreaseinattacksisthattheterroristsaretryingtoinfluencepublicopinionhereintheUnitedStates.Theyhaveasophisticatedpropagandastrategy.Theyknowtheycaotdefeatusinthebattle,sotheyconducthigh-profileattacks,hopingthattheimagesofviolencewilldemoralizeourcountryandforceustoretreat.Theycarryvideocamerasandfilmtheiratrocities,andbroadcastthemontheInternet.Theye-mailimagesandvideoclitoMiddleEasterncablenetworkslikeal-Jazeera,anditructtheirfollowerstosendthesamematerialtoAmericanjournalists,authors,andopinionleaders.Theyoperateweites,wheretheypostmeagesfortheirfollowersandreadersacrotheworld.

Inonerecentmeage,theGlobalIslamicMediaFront--agroupthatoftenpostsalQaedapropagandaonweites--saidtheirgoalisto,"carryoutamediawarthatisparalleltothemilitarywar."ThisisthesamestrategytheterroristslaunchedinAfghanistanfollowing9/11.InalettertotheTalibanleaderMullahOmar,OsamabinLadenwrotethatalQaedaintendedtowage"amediacampaign,tocreateawedgebetweentheAmericanpeopleandtheirgovernment."

Goodmorning.Thisweek,Americareceivedastarkreminderthatterroristsarestillplottingattackstokillourpeople.BegiingonWednesdaynight,authoritiesinGreatBritainarrestedmorethan20inpidualswhowebelievewereplottingtodetonateliquidexplosivesaboardflightsfromtheUnitedKingdomtotheUnitedStates.Iftheseterroristshadsucceeded,theycouldhavecauseddeathonamaivescale.Theplotaearstohavebeencarefullyplaedandwell-advanced.Theyplaedtobringthecomponentsoftheirexplosivesonboardintheircarry-onluggage,disguisedasbottleddrinksandelectronicdevices.

Webelievethatthisweek’sarrestshavesignificantlydisruptedthethreat.Yetwecaotbesurethatthethreathasbeeneliminated.Soasaprecaution,onThursday,thefederalgovernmenttookseveralstetoincreasesecurityatourairportsandaboardourplanes.

InMay,Ipledged版权所有todeployupto6,000NationalGuardmemberstosuorttheBorderpatrol,andwefulfilledthatpledgebyAugust1st.ThroughOperationJumpStart,NationalGuardmembersarenowondutysuortingtheBorderpatrolinTexas,California,Arizona,andNewMexico.

OnThursday,IvisitedtheRioGrandeValleyBorderpatrolSectorinTexas.IsawfirsthandhowtheNationalGuardisworkingwithourBorderpatrolagentstoimprovebordersecurity.NationalGuardtrooarehelpingwithsurveillance,cotruction,andlogistics.They’rebuildingandrepairingfences,maintainingvehicles,andmaingdetectionequipmentontheborderandincommandcenters.

ThearrivalofNationalGuardunitshasallowedtheBorderpatroltomovemoreagentsintofront-linepositio,andthisadditionalmaowerisdeliveringresults.WiththesuortoftheNationalGuard,Borderpatrolagentshaveseizedover17,000poundsofillegaldrugsandcaughtmorethan2,500illegalimmigrantssinceJune15th.Justlastmonth,BorderpatrolagentsintheRioGrandeValleySectorconfiscatedmorethan4,200poundsofmarijuanahiddeninatractortrailer.AndthesuortoftheNationalGuardwasimportantinmakingthisseizurehaen.

Rationalandcompreheiveimmigrationreformmustbeginwithbordersecurity,andwehavemoretodo.SoI’veaskedCongretofunddramaticincreasesinmaowerandtechnologyfortheBorderpatrol.Wewilladd6,000newBorderpatrolagents.Wewillbuildhigh-techfencesinurbancorridorsandnewpatrolroadsandbarriersinruralareas.Andwewillemploymotionseors,infraredcameras,andunmaedaerialvehiclestopreventillegalcroings.Bydeploying21stcenturytechnologies,wewillmakeourBorderpatrolagentsevenmoreeffectiveandourbordermoresecure.

WeneedtoenforceourimmigrationlawsatourNation’sworksites.Toenforcethelaw,wehavelaunchedraidsonbusineesthatknowinglyhireillegalimmigrants.Wearefilingcriminalchargesagaittheseemployers,andweareprosecutingthemtothefullestextentofthelaw.

Tohelphonestbusineesfollowthelaw,Iproposemoreeffectivetoolstoverifythelegalstatusofworkers.Thesetoolsshouldincludeatamper-proofidentificationcardforlegalforeignworkers.Bytakingtheseste,wewillmakeiteasierforbusineestoobeythelawandleavethemnoexcuseforviolatingit.

Weneedtoresolvethestatusofillegalimmigrantswhoarealreadyhere.Theyshouldnotbegivenanautomaticpathtocitizehip.Thisisamnesty,andIooseit.Amnestywouldbeunfairtothosewhoareherelawfully,anditwouldinvitefurtherwavesofillegalimmigration.Wewillfindarationalmiddlegroundbetweenautomaticcitizehipforillegalimmigrantsandmadeportatioofpeoplewho’vebeenlivinghereformanyyearswithjo,families,anddeeprootsinourcountry.

Marriageisthemostenduringandimportanthumanititution,honoredandencouragedinallculturesandbyeveryreligiousfaith.Agesofexperiencehavetaughtusthatthecommitmentofahuandanda版权所有wifetoloveandtoserveoneanotherpromotesthewelfareofchildrenandthestabilityofsociety.Marriagecaotbecutofffromitscultural,religious,andnaturalrootswithoutweakeningthisgoodinfluenceonsociety.Government,byrecognizingandprotectingmarriage,servestheinterestsofall.

Inourfreesociety,peoplehavetherighttochoosehowtheylivetheirlives.Andinafreesociety,decisioaboutsuchafundamentalsocialititutionasmarriageshouldbemadebythepeople--notbythecourts.TheAmericanpeoplehaveokenclearlyonthisiue,boththroughtheirrepresentativesandattheballotbox.In1996,CongrearovedtheDefeeofMarriageActbyoverwhelmingbipartisanmajoritiesinboththeHouseandSenate,andpresidentClintonsigneditintolaw.Andsincethen,votersin19stateshavearovedamendmentstotheirstatecotitutiothatprotectthetraditionaldefinitionofmarriage.Andtoday,45ofthe50stateshaveeitherastatecotitutionalamendmentorstatutedefiningmarriageastheunionofamanandawoman.Theseamendmentsandlawsexpreabroadcoeusinourcountryforprotectingtheititutionofmarriage.

Unfortunately,activistjudgesandsomelocalofficialshavemadeanaggreiveattempttoredefinemarriageinrecentyears.Since20xx,statecourtsinWashington,California,Maryland,andNewYorkhaveoverturnedlawsprotectingmarriageinthosestates.AndinNebraska,afederaljudgeoverturnedastatecotitutionalamendmentbaingsame-sexmarriage.

>ThesecourtdecisiocouldhaveanimpactonourwholeNation.TheDefeeofMarriageActdeclaresthatnostateisrequiredtoacceptanotherstate’sdefinitionofmarriage.Ifthatactisoverturnedbyactivistcourts,thenmarriagesrecognizedinonecityorstatemighthavetoberecognizedasmarriageseverywhereelse.ThatwouldmeanthateverystatewouldhavetorecognizemarriagesredefinedbyjudgesinMaachusettsorlocalofficialsinSanFrancisco,nomatterwhattheirownlawsorstatecotitutiosay.Thisnationalquestionrequiresanationalsolution,andonaniueofsuchprofoundimportance,thatsolutionshouldcomefromthepeople,notthecourts.

AnamendmenttotheCotitutionisnecearybecauseactivistcourtshaveleftourNationwithnootherchoice.ThecotitutionalamendmentthattheSenatewillcoidernextweekwouldfullyprotectmarriagefrombeingredefined,whileleavingstatelegislaturesfreetomaketheirownchoicesindefininglegalarrangementsotherthanmarriage.Acotitutionalamendmentisthemostdemocraticsolutiontothisiue,becauseitmustbearovedbytwo-thirdsoftheHouseandSenateandthenratifiedbythree-fourthsofthe50statelegislatures.

Asthisdebategoesforward,wemustrememberthateveryAmericandeservestobetreatedwithtolerance,reect,anddignity.Allofushaveadutytoconductthisdiscuionwithcivilityanddecencytowardoneanother,andallpeopledeservetohavetheirvoicesheard.AcotitutionalamendmentwillputadecisionthatiscriticaltoAmericanfamiliesandAmericansocietyin版权所有thehandsoftheAmericanpeople,whichisexactlywhereitbelongs.Democracy,notcourtorders,shoulddecidethefutureofmarriageinAmerica.
